Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Mem Blitz ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.

License

Mem Blitz grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the app on Apple Watch devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the app to any third party.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the app.

Intellectual Property

The app and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mem Blitz and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Mem Blitz name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Mem Blitz.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Mem Blitz does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mem Blitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Health Disclaimer

Mem Blitz is designed for entertainment and general cognitive engagement only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including cognitive decline or neurological disorders. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

App Store Terms

Your purchase and use of Mem Blitz is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions, which can be found at Apple's Standard EULA.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
