Mem Blitz ("the app", "we", "our") is a standalone watchOS application. We take your privacy seriously. The short version: we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

Information We Collect

Mem Blitz does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect health or fitness data from Apple Watch sensors.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting services, or third-party SDKs that collect user data.
• We do not require an account to use the app.

Data Stored on Your Device

Mem Blitz stores only your high scores for each game. This data is saved locally on your Apple Watch using watchOS's built-in storage. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

This data is deleted if you uninstall the app, or can be cleared via the Settings screen inside the app.

Third-Party Services

Mem Blitz does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. No data is shared with Apple beyond what Apple collects as part of normal watchOS operation (e.g., App Store purchase records), which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Mem Blitz does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, the app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
